the staff was friendly, always offering assistance, and their cute attitude. the rooms were kept super clean by diligent housekeeping. i found the beach directly accessible from the hotel a great convenience. the presence of a house reef provided an excellent opportunity for snorkeling and observing marine life.

I stayed for a week and the staff was cute. the hotel created a cozy atmosphere, it really was like i was among family! the free wi-fi coverage was excellent across the whole hotel. i also appreciated the abundant green spaces that were very pleasant to look at. I enjoyed spending time there.
the gym amenities seemed a bit outdated! but they were in working and clean condition.

The hotel offers a private beach perfect for swimming. It also has multiple pools that add to the relaxing atmosphere! a water park offered a great treat, in addition to the pools and beach. the house reef is wonderful for viewing sea life.

The food offered a great variety of options, and everything tasted delicious. i dined at the asian restaurant, one of the optional restaurants at the jaz. The meal was very tasty. the buffet was quite large with a worthy selection of dishes.

The staff were friendly. Their service was excellent. the lifeguards on the beach were amazingly kind. The waiters were also very helpful. the diving center has excellent instructors. They are nice and caring.
